You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on [email protected]
Once the order is confirmed for pick up, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
The return request can only be placed within 7 days after the product has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by after the product delivery, returns and exchange would not be applicable.
If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7-10 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
Return or exchange is applicable only once per order.
In case of any size issues in the products there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request. -> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order. -> The color of the products may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Please note:
The coffee mugs once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchange and refund is applicable on the hoodies and t-shirts.
Refunds processed would take about 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account

Refund will be processed once the product reaches us and goes through a quality check. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
